This works for me. Placing it inside my nostrils with a Q-tip, about 1-1/4" from the nasal opening, seems the best location. My nasal passages seem to stick to each other, and this fixes that for 4 to 12 hours at a time. After many trials the best amount for me is just enough to cover the Q-tip. More than that does not work.
